All three trainees brought in through the academy have enjoyed getting to grips with their roles and the atmosphere in the office. Here’s what they had to say:
“My first few weeks has been enjoyable, I feel relaxed and comfortable. Lee and everyone else who has been involved in the training academy has been great to ensure we know everything and approachable if we have any questions. Getting to know everyone has been interesting as there is so many personalities, everyone has been welcoming and helpful. It’s a young, youthful atmosphere but you can see aside of the fun side everyone has a high work ethic and its motivating to see.” – Jenel
