Valentines day, the day of celebrating love. Here at TFS Healthcare, we want all our employees to love their job. Today, thousands of people will be making special plans for the one they love. Over the past week, we’ve been discussing Valentine’s Day in the office, and it made us realise that the dating life is very similar to finding a new job!
First you need to catch their eye! The use of dating websites and apps has dramatically increased, with 1 in 5 relationships now starting online. Online dating sites such as Tinder, Match and Bumble require you to set up a profile in order to match with ‘the one’. The recruitment world is no different – but instead, your CV is your dating profile. To make yourself stand out on a dating site you add your best photos, the most interesting hobbies/characteristics of yourself and you always try to stand out from the rest. Why wouldn’t you do the same when applying for a role in recruitment?

Culture and working environment
TFS is one massive family and there is always a buzzing atmosphere in the office. We work hard, but that’s why it’s even more important that we all get along. Once you join, you’ll make friends straight away.

We have the opportunity to go on summer and winter incentives. Our most recent one being a Ski Trip to Austria, and we’ve got Ibiza lined up for the summer. There are also quarterly lunch clubs.
Great central London location
The office is located right next to London Bridge, so it’s easily accessible from most places in London, as well as Kent, Essex and Hertfordshire. But even better, we are surrounded by amazing bars, pubs and restaurants, as well as the world-famous Borough Market.
