TFS Managed Service shortlisted at HSJ Partnership Awards 2020
We are proud to announce that we have been shortlisted for our Managed Service with East Kent University Hospitals FT in the Recruitment Services Provider of the Year category at the HSJ Partnership Awards 2020.
The judging panel comprised a diverse range of highly regarded figures across the NHS and wider healthcare sector. The Managed Service has been selected based on diligence, ambition and the positive impact that the project has had on both practitioners and patients within the health care industry.
To be shortlisted as a finalist for these awards, despite tough competition from hundreds of applicants, is a mark of real achievement for us and highlights the passion and commitment that we put into our Managed Services.
East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust (EKHUFT) is a large provider of acute and specialist services that serves a population of over 750,000 across Ashford, Canterbury, Dover, Shepway, and Thanet. In December 2017 we were approached to supply both specialist and general nurses for two NHS trusts.
Over the 12 months of delivering the Managed Service and providing 116,000 hours of clinical staff, the feedback was extremely positive showing that our approach delivered full integration and a workforce that fitted the Trust’s requirements.
